Since 1977, North Dakota has produced nearly 51% of our sunflowers in the United States. Sunflowers in ND typically go toward the production of oil and are highly concentrated in North and South Central areas of the state. This photo taken by local Fargo ND photographer, Dan Francis, demonstrates the abundance and beauty of this fruitful crop in North Dakota.
Photo measures 18.197"H x 12.09"W and can be printed on a variety of substrates:
- Maple Wood (3/4" thick): A grain from the wood will run throughout the photo giving it a more natural look
- Silver Poly-metal (1/8" thick): Silver metal face with a plastic core for a more contemporary, muted look
- White Foamcore (3/16" thick): White paper face with foam core for a vibrant depiction of color
