"It's about Fargo-Moorhead's simple, but impactful representation of community support. Bulbs in porch lights were changed from white to blue, all to honor the memory of Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer who was killed in the line of duty on February 11, 2016. I was intrigued by how each blue light cast a different glow on the porches because of the home's unique architecture. The collage is from homes near the incident scene."
This full color print measures 16"W x 20"H and was photographed by local Fargo artist Scott Seiler. This collage is an example of the strong sense of community we have in Fargo, ND and in our sister city, Moorhead, MN. For months it was hard to find a blue light bulb for sale in the metro area, and they still shine brightly at night from residential porches and businesses.
