Shipping Policy

Okay, so you bought your Fargo Stuff, now you need to find a way to get it in your hands. We're no stranger to shipping out packages (we once shipped 146 in one day!), but we'd love to offer you a FREE option as well. Here's what we can do...

  1. Standard Shipping
    • Our most popular shipping option to ship to any location in the United States. Shipping transit time is dependent on location, but most shipments typically take 2-3 business days upon order completion at our Fargo, ND.
    • We offer standard shipping via UPS Ground.
    • We can ship to any location in the United States, as well as Canada (extra fees apply for shipping to Canada that cover Freight, Brokerage, Duty and Tax). If you are an international customer wishing to place an order, please contact our customer service team directly and they can facilitate this!
    • Our flat rate pricing for same day shipping is based on the amount of money on your order. Please see conversion table below:

  2. (FREE) In-Store Pickup
    • For our local customers, we offer a FREE in-store pickup option. If you select this option, you must be willing and able to drive into downtown Fargo and pick up your package.
    • Our friendly customer service staff will contact you once your package is ready for pickup, and all packages can be picked up from 310 NP Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102 Get Direction Here
    • Note: we cannot guarantee same day availability for in-store pickup option, although we try our best to make it happen! We will contact you as soon as it is ready.
    • If you are not a local customer, our service team will call you to verify that "in-store pickup" is the best option for you, and adjust shipping methods if you are unable to come pick it up in a reasonable time frame.
  3. Expedited Shipping Options
    • For shoppers in Minnesota and North Dakota, the ship time from our Fargo location is only 1 day.
      • DO NOT select this option if you are a local customer, unless you like overpaying for your shipping ☺
    • For our shoppers in other parts of the country, we offer 2-day Air Shipping via UPS. The fees for this expedited shipping option can be seen below:

Return Policy

We pride ourselves on our quality, employing a team of five individuals to oversee our quality control department. If a product doesn't pass our rigorous threshold for quality, we don't let it leave our facility. Still, we understand that you may wish to return a Fargo Stuff product - don't worry, we won't be mad at you forever. Here's everything you need to know about returning a product through Fargo Stuff:

  • The buyer is responsible for notifying us within 30 days of order receipt if defective or damaged products arrive.
  • Customers with defective goods must contact our service department by emailing service@fargostuff.com or calling
  • Orders shipped back to us without confirming the return to us may void any return or refund.
  • Damage caused by accidents or improper use is the responsibility of the customer. Fargo Stuff is not responsible for misuse of any of our products.
  • If you receive a custom product that is damaged or defective, Fargo Stuff will reproduce it as originally ordered and ship it free of charge. Refunds and exchanges for custom products that are neither damaged nor defective will not be granted.
  • Fargo Stuff is not responsible for errors entered by the customer. Orders submitted with errors made by the customer do not apply for a credit, return, or replacement.
  • Please contact us immediately if a change needs to be made to your order, as we typically ship orders out within 1 business day.
  • Fargo Stuff is not responsible for quantity discrepancies entered by the customer. If we are unable to reach customers to correct quantity discrepancies within 30 days of their order date, we will proceed to produce and ship only the amount of goods that were actually purchased.
  • Canceled orders must be canceled prior to production & shipping. Once an order is produced or shipped, we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange on an order you wish to cancel.
  • Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur additional ground expense.
  • The buyer is responsible for determining the appropriate content for a custom product.
